A NOTE FROM KELLY…
(your personal guide to exploring energy & chakras from a Christian perspective!)
I wish I knew then what I know now…. When I first began teaching yoga, I was thrilled to share this spiritual practice with others, but wondered how to navigate tricky questions and the controversy surrounding “woo-woo” topics like energy, chakras, meditation, chanting, and Christians practicing yoga. I wanted to experience the fullest of healing offered in Jesus while glorifying God in my yoga practice. It was important for me to have a thoughtful (and Biblical) response to questions like, “How do chakras fit inside the concept of Christian healing?”
In this workshop, I will share what I have learned over years of study and experience as a student of holistic health, a yoga teacher-trainer, and a follower of Christ to help you to get clarity around energy & chakras from a Christian perspective.
I want to help you find answers to your burning questions and equip you to journey through the chakras with Christ.
