A place to Gather. Grow. Be Formed.
Faith flourishes in rhythm. Transformation happens in relationship. Growth deepens when we walk together.
The Abbey Chapel is an intimate community within The Yoga Abbey — a place of spiritual formation for those longing for meaningful connection, ongoing growth, and a deeper life with God.
Through monthly gatherings, we cultivate shared rhythms of prayer, Scripture study, Soul Care, and authentic community — woven together to shape us from the inside out.
If you are longing for deeper connection, steady rhythms, and a community to walk alongside you.
You are welcome here
Your Abbey Chapel membership includes everything in The Yoga Abbey - 1,000+ on-demand practices, monthly themed content, devotionals, meditations, and more - PLUS a deeper layer of community and spiritual formation.
Each month, you'll gather for LIVE Circle Sessions designed to help you pray, reflect, connect, and grow alongside others:

A 60-minute founder-led gathering designed for one simple thing: knowing and being known. Through thoughtful conversation starters and facilitated dialogue, we go a little deeper together.

A 60-minute contemplative and conversational exploration of Scripture, rooted in the monthly theme from The Yoga Abbey. Come curious. Every question is welcome.

A 60-minute mentorship space for yoga teachers and emerging leaders. Topics include holding space, trauma-informed teaching, ethics, anatomy, yoga philosophy, leadership, and more.

A 60-minute contemplative gathering anchored in Scripture and prayerful silence. Our spiritual director holds space for deep listening, gentle reflection, and noticing where God may be moving.

A 60-minute guided book discussion exploring works that illuminate spiritual formation, leadership, embodiment, and contemplative life. You don't have to finish the book. Just come.

As an Chapel member, you'll also have access to our Chapel Library — an exclusive collection of workshops and recorded teachings led by trusted voices in spiritual formation, yoga, and embodied faith.

The Abbey Chapel is for those longing for a deeper relationship with God, a meaningful community, and a more intentional rhythm of spiritual growth.
This space may be for you if:
You desire a deeper awareness of God in your everyday life.
You long for community, not just content.
You are seeking practices that help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect with God.
You want a steadier, more intentional rhythm of prayer, Scripture, and spiritual formation.
You are a yoga teacher or leader seeking ongoing encouragement, mentorship, and deeper formation.
You are welcome here exactly as you are.
Circle Sessions are live, 60-minute gatherings held on Zoom. Recordings are available for approximately one month after each session, then replaced with the following month's content.
We warmly encourage attending live — connection happens in the room. But replays are available if your schedule doesn't allow it. Come when you can.
The Abbey Chapel is an elevated tier within The Yoga Abbey. If you are not yet a TYA member, your Abbey Chapel membership includes everything in the core TYA membership plus all the Circle Sessions and Chapel Library.
All of our live calls are scheduled in Eastern Time (New York). We try to offer a variety of meeting times based on our guides' availability, including weekday lunchtime sessions, evening gatherings, and occasional Saturday offerings.

Members are welcome to show up exactly as they are, with their camera on or off. Toward the end of many of our circles, we open the floor for personal sharing as a way to foster community, fellowship, and encouragement.
If you would prefer not to have your sharing recorded, you are always welcome to ask the guide to pause or stop the recording during that portion of the conversation.
We'd love to hear from you. Please feel free to email your Mentoring Circle topic ideas or questions to [email protected].
We're always looking for ways to better mentor, support, and serve our community, and we welcome your suggestions.
