YOU'RE INVITED

You’ve trained, served, and shown up faithfully... This time is just for you.

For years, you have been the one holding space for others: teaching, guiding, praying, listening, and pouring out your energy so that others could encounter peace and healing presence of God.

This is an invitation for our leaders and alumni to “come to the well”.

A chance to slow down, spend time with Jesus, connect with others who understand the heart behind this work, and leave feeling refreshed and inspired for the season ahead. A space to rest, be encouraged, and receive.

CLARITY & PEACE OF MIND

Common Retreat Questions

Everything you need to know about preparation, daily rhythm, accommodations,

and our pilgrimage to the Abbey together.

What will our time together include?

We’ll gather for Christ-centered practice, shared learning, and community, with space to deepen our life with Jesus and reflect on our calling as teachers and leaders.

Leaders’ Table members begin with a leaders-only dinner and evening programming on Monday. Our shared retreat opens Tuesday, continues with full programming Wednesday and Thursday, and concludes with breakfast Friday morning.

Who will be teaching?

Kelly and Caroline will lead the retreat. Hannah will be coordinating details. We’ll share the full facilitator lineup and session details as they are finalized.

What is included in registration?

Your registration includes:

- Four nights of lodging for Leaders’ Table members, or three nights for alumni.

- A private or shared room with a private bathroom.

- Three meals a day during your stay.

- Retreat programming.

- 15+ continuing education hours.

Leaders’ Table registration also includes the additional leaders-only dinner and evening programming.

When should I arrive?

Leaders’ Table members may check in beginning at 2:00 PM on Monday, June 7, before the leaders-only dinner and evening programming.

Alumni should plan to arrive Tuesday afternoon, June 8, before our opening session and dinner. We’ll share the exact arrival window before the retreat.

When should I plan to leave?

We’ll share breakfast on Friday, June 11, and everyone must check out by 8:45 AM.

Please plan return flights for noon or later, allowing enough time to travel to your airport and check in.

Will airport transportation be provided?

Transportation to and from the Abbey is not included in the cost of your retreat. Before the retreat, we’ll send you a form to collect your travel details and help connect you with other participants arriving around the same time.

Can the Abbey accommodate dietary restrictions?

Meals are prepared by the Abbey and served cafeteria style.

The Abbey is unable to prepare special diet meals, but a refrigerator and microwave are available for guests who wish to bring their own food.

If you have dietary restrictions or food allergies, please plan ahead and contact us before registering with any questions about whether the meal arrangements will work for you.

What is it like to stay at a monastery?

We’ll be guests in a working Benedictine monastery, where quiet is part of daily life. We will ask that you help us honor that atmosphere by respecting the Abbey’s guidance around silence, conservative dress attire and being considerate of the monks and other guests.

Candles and incense are not permitted in guest rooms.

What is the cancellation policy?

The $500 deposit is nonrefundable.

Before February 1, 2027: Payments beyond the deposit are refunded.

February 1–April 15, 2027: 50% of payments beyond the deposit are refunded.

After April 15, 2027: No refund is available.

You may transfer your place to another eligible person at any time.

How can I ask questions before the retreat?

Email us at [email protected]. Registered attendees are also invited to our live Zoom Q&A on April 22, 2027, at 7:00 PM Eastern / 6:00 PM Central / 4:00 PM Pacific.

We’ll answer questions and begin getting to know one another. If you can’t attend live, we’ll send the recording afterward.
